When Andy isn’t running the business, he enjoys spending time with his family, going for walks, and playing sports. His dedication to both his family and his business reflects his belief in hard work, care, and building strong relationships—values that shine through in everything Proper Job Cleaning does.

Meet Wayne – Window Cleaning Technician Proper Job Cleaning

Wayne, Andy’s brother, has been a valued part of the Proper Job Cleaning team since 2023. As a subcontractor, Wayne is always ready to lend a hand and is dedicated to ensuring every customer is happy with the service provided. His approachable nature and willingness to go above and beyond have made him a great asset to the team.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, going for walks, cycling, and catching a good football match—he’s a proud supporter of Manchester United! Known for his cooking skills, Wayne often jokingly goes by the name "Waynsley" in the kitchen. His love for life, family, and sport, along with his strong work ethic, make him a key part of the Proper Job family.
